Within the industrial world, it is a well-known fact that about 90% of top brands’ outdoor tents use textiles and aluminum support poles from South Korea because of the very good quality.• We have designed and built the LUMACA awning adhering to the ISO 8936: Type T standards and Specifications. Prototypes have been subjected to rain and heavy snow. Our textiles meet the requirements of CPAI-84, a standard for flame resistant material that all camping tents must adhere to.• This whole project is not just about our LUMACA awning, but it is also about the machinery, which we designed and built specifically for the awning.
